Effective Date : July 15, 2025
These terms govern the rental of event space at 21515 Vanowen St, Canoga Park.
Space Usage :
- Renter agrees to use the space in a responsible and lawful manner.
- Any alterations or modifications to the space require prior written approval.
- The space must be left in the same condition as it was found, excluding normal wear and tear.
Damages :
- Renter is responsible for any damages.
- Venue does not take responsibility for anything, only the space.
Insurance :
- Vendors and any staff hired by the tenant for their event will take responsibility to what happens to space during rental or after.
Conduct :
- Renter is responsible for appropriate guest behavior.
- Any illegal activities or disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination.
