Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Event Space Rental

Effective Date : July 15, 2025

These policies apply to all event space rentals at 21515 Vanowen St, Canoga Park.

Cancellation by Client :

  • More than 60 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made, minus a processing fee of $50.
  • 30-59 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fee.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Venue :

  • Venue will refund the full ammount and attempt to find another space.

Force Majeure :

  • Neither party shall be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the event.

Process :

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
