Pricing is hourly. Extra fees may apply based on the package!
Weekday (Mon-Thurs): $85 – $150 per hour
Weekend (Fri-Sun): $175 – $275 per hour
Extra Spaces for Renter
Additions to the base rate may apply if you want to include the Terrace OR Lounge (10 – 20% added). If you plan to include BOTH, then an extra 20 to 30% will be added!
Service Tiers (What this Means):
Labor Staff: $20/hour (billed to client)
* All rentals require +3 hours of work.
Overtime : $200/hour
Additional costs
- $25/per person fee for every additional attendee
- ROC relocation site: 225$
Cleaning Fees:
- Service/Cleaning fees may occur for all rentals.
What about my contract?
- Remember that 500$ is required for a rental.
Cancelation
- All contracts and agreement must be done in proper time or fees may occur.
